Heating panel STROPTERM
Use:
The heating panels STROPTERM are made for the ceiling heating of flats, apartments,
industrial or business spaces.
Basic technical information:
The heating panel STROPTERM consists of built-in heating unit NOMATERM (model 1).
NOMATERM unit is put into the wooden (aluminum in types “AL”) frame and from the back side is
protected by the insulation material covered with aluminum foil. The heating panel STROPTERM with
wooden frame belongs to 2nd class appliances, with aluminum frame to 1st class appliances.
The types and dimensions of the infra panels STROPTERM are specified according to technical conditions
of built-in NOMATERM unit with its input 10 W/dm2 of working area.
The infra-red panel STROPTERM is made for the maximum surface temperature of 100 °C.
The infra-red panel STROPTERM is designated for alternate or direct current (AC/DC), voltage 230 V.
Basic technical specification of the infra-red panels made from NOMATERM units:
- heating unit NOMATERM was repeatedly certified by Czech Electrotechnical testing Institute
- front working area of the infra panel is finished by silicon sand for the increasing of emissivity and is
white color painted (the sanded surface is also good protection against scorch on direct contact)
- infra panels wattage depends on built-in NOMATERM unit and its working area dimension
(max. 10 W/dm2) : 80, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 650, 700, 1000 W
- total size of the infra panel products depends on the dimension of built-in NOMATERM unit and
material used for frame (wooden profile 40x40 mm, aluminum profile 30x5 mm)
- frame material : spruce wood (standard), oak wood (at extra cost), aluminum profile
(natural anodized coating)
- wooden frame color : white, natural, natural painting (standard for spruce wood frames),
transparent painting (standard for oak wood frames)
- insulation material : ROTAFLEX 20mm thick with aluminum foil (wooden frames),
NOBASIL 15mm thick with aluminum foil (aluminum frames)
- basic ingress protection : IP 20 (according to type, higher IP at extra cost)
- voltage : 230 V
- infra panels (wattage 300 W) with special wooden frames could be installed into cassette
“Armstrong” ceiling
- infra panels (wattage 400 W or 200W) could be built-in into wall bathroom driers with aluminum frame
